Kalyx Labs operates kalyx-labs.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our website, create an account, place an order, subscribe to updates, or contact us.

Payments. Third-party payment providers process payments. We receive information needed to manage your order, such as payment status and transaction references. The information collected by a payment provider is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
Website and communication activity. Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, referral and campaign information, and activity such as page visits and interactions with shopping features or emails. Cookies and similar technologies support these functions.

No website or method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Children’s privacy
The site is intended for purchasers aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact support@kalyx-labs.com so we can review and address it.

Privacy Policy changes for research profiles
Research-profile information
We collect your first and last name, full date of birth, researcher category, and your declarations about laboratory research and safe handling. A phone number is optional in the research profile; separate shipping fields may have their own requirements.
We use the date of birth you provide to check whether you meet our minimum purchasing age of 21. This is based on your declaration and is not independent identity or credential verification. We retain your full date of birth with your account, protect access to it, and restrict its use to account eligibility and related administration.
We also retain records of policy acceptance and changes to your research profile. These records include when you submitted the form, the form location, the policy versions and agreement text you accepted, and the declared eligibility information relevant to that acceptance. An order may reference the acceptance record that applied when it was placed. Your full date of birth is not included in ordinary order emails or sent to a payment provider by this research-profile feature.
Your choices and corrections
You can review and update your research profile in your account. Changes may require renewed acceptance before another purchase. Contact support@kalyx-labs.com for help correcting information or requesting access to or deletion of information. We may retain records where necessary for applicable obligations or legal claims, subject to applicable law.
Purchasing age
Purchasing accounts and orders are limited to people aged 21 and older. The age information and agreement form apply to new and existing customers. If you believe information was submitted contrary to our age requirements, contact support@kalyx-labs.com.
